01聊天发生在哪里

你可以在微信、支付宝、Zalo、Facebook 等应用的网页入口或普通浏览器中打开 sovelu。聊天发生在 sovelu 网页内；本站不读取这些应用的原生账号、好友列表或聊天记录。

联系人中的平台分组只是用于整理你在 sovelu 中建立的联系，不表示连接了对应应用的个人账号。

02我们保存哪些数据

服务端数据库保存使用聊天所需的数据，包括昵称、浏览器身份与会话信息、联系人关系、联系人私有备注、消息、语言及翻译偏好、邀请信息。这些数据目前存放于服务器上的 SQLite 数据库，并可能包含在运维备份中。

昵称用于向联系人显示你的称呼。联系人私有备注只在你的用户界面中显示给你，不会作为备注发送给对方。

03Cookie、浏览器身份与迁移

当前版本使用必要 Cookie 识别你的浏览器身份。浏览器本地数据也用于保留草稿及偏好设置。它们用于聊天功能，而不是广告追踪。

清除 Cookie 或浏览器数据、换设备或换浏览器，可能导致无法继续识别原来的身份。当前不是以微信、Zalo 等原应用账号自动登录。

旧 IP 入口和 sovelu.com 使用各自的 Cookie。将原身份带到新域名需要你从原入口主动确认迁移；直接在新域名创建昵称会建立新身份。请保管自己的身份入口和迁移链接，不要公开分享。

04传输安全与读取权限

正式入口使用 HTTPS 加密传输。当前聊天没有实现端到端加密，消息会在服务器上处理和保存。具备相应权限的运营维护人员可能访问服务器中的消息及其他数据。

“私有备注”表示备注不向你的聊天对象展示，不表示服务器运营维护人员在技术上无法读取。

05可选文字翻译

文字翻译默认关闭。你可以在聊天设置中选择目标语言并开启；开启后，相关新收到的文字消息及目标语言会发送给第三方服务 DeepSeek 进行翻译。此翻译请求不包含你的昵称或联系人备注。

原文会保留，翻译结果用于在聊天中展示。译文可能不准确，涉及重要约定时请核对原文。关闭翻译后，后续文字不会因这项功能自动提交翻译；已发送给服务提供方的文本不会因此自动撤回。

06聊天记录与备份

聊天记录保存在服务器中，也可能包含于备份。当前没有承诺统一的自动删除期限，也没有提供自助删除账号或聊天数据的入口。删除请求需要同时考虑服务端记录和备份中的相关数据。

关闭网页或清除浏览器数据并不等于删除服务器上的消息；它们可能仍然保留。

07访问、更正或删除数据

如需访问、更正或删除你的数据，请联系向你提供本站入口的运营者，说明你的请求和需要处理的数据。处理请求前需要确认对应身份，避免修改他人的数据。

请不要向他人发送密码、密钥或完整的身份凭据来证明身份。当前页面未设置在线数据申请表。

08测试范围与更新

当前主要提供一对一文字聊天、联系人整理和可选文字翻译。图片、语音、定位、文件及其他应用中的后台消息提醒尚未开放。

随着功能和数据处理方式变化，我们会更新这份说明。请在使用新功能前阅读对应的数据提示。

01Where conversations happen

You can open sovelu in a web entrance within apps such as WeChat, Alipay, Zalo or Facebook, or in a regular browser. Conversations happen on the sovelu webpage. The service does not read those apps’ native accounts, friend lists or chat histories.

Platform groups organize contacts you have established in sovelu. They do not connect your personal accounts in the other apps.

02Data we store

The server database stores data needed for chat, including nicknames, browser identities and session information, contact relationships, private contact notes, messages, language and translation preferences, and invitations. This data is currently held in a SQLite database on the server and may also appear in operational backups.

Your nickname identifies you to your contacts. Private contact notes are displayed only in your own user interface; the notes are not sent to the person you are chatting with.

03Cookies, browser identity and transfer

The current version uses necessary cookies to recognize your browser identity. Local browser data also preserves drafts and preferences. These support chat functions rather than advertising tracking.

Clearing cookies or browser data, or changing devices or browsers, may prevent recognition of your original identity. The service does not automatically sign you in with your WeChat, Zalo or other app account.

The old IP entrance and sovelu.com have separate cookies. Bringing an existing identity to the new domain requires an explicit transfer from the original entrance. Creating a nickname directly on the new domain creates a new identity. Keep personal identity entrances and transfer links private.

04Transmission and access

The official entrance uses HTTPS to encrypt data in transit. Chat is not end-to-end encrypted. Messages are processed and stored on the server, and operations personnel with appropriate access may read messages and other stored data.

A “private note” is not shown to your chat partner. It does not mean that server operators are technically unable to read it.

05Optional text translation

Text translation is off by default. You can choose a target language and enable it in chat settings. When enabled, relevant newly received text and the target language are sent to the third-party service DeepSeek for translation. These translation requests do not include your nickname or contact notes.

The original is retained, and the translation is shown in chat. Translations may be inaccurate; check the original for important arrangements. Turning translation off stops subsequent automatic submissions through this feature, but does not automatically recall text already sent to the provider.

06Chat history and backups

Chat history is stored on the server and may be included in backups. There is currently no promised uniform automatic deletion period and no self-service account or chat-data deletion control. Deletion requests must consider the relevant server records and backups.

Closing the webpage or clearing browser data does not delete messages on the server. They may still be retained.

07Access, correction or deletion requests

To request access, correction or deletion of your data, contact the operator who provided you with this service’s entrance and describe your request and the data concerned. The relevant identity needs to be confirmed before changes are made, to avoid modifying another person’s data.

Do not send passwords, secret keys or complete identity credentials to others as proof of identity. This page does not currently offer an online data-request form.

08Test scope and updates

Available features currently focus on one-to-one text chat, contact organization and optional text translation. Photos, voice messages, location sharing, files and background notifications in other apps are not yet available.

We will update this explanation as features and data processing change. Please read the corresponding data notices before using new features.

02Dữ liệu được lưu

Cơ sở dữ liệu trên máy chủ lưu dữ liệu cần cho trò chuyện, gồm tên hiển thị, danh tính trình duyệt và thông tin phiên, quan hệ liên hệ, ghi chú riêng về liên hệ, tin nhắn, tùy chọn ngôn ngữ và dịch, cùng thông tin lời mời. Hiện dữ liệu được lưu trong cơ sở dữ liệu SQLite trên máy chủ và có thể nằm trong bản sao lưu vận hành.

Tên hiển thị giúp liên hệ nhận biết bạn. Ghi chú riêng chỉ hiển thị trong giao diện của bạn và không được gửi cho người bạn đang trò chuyện.

03Cookie, danh tính trình duyệt và chuyển danh tính

Bản hiện tại dùng cookie cần thiết để nhận diện danh tính trình duyệt. Dữ liệu cục bộ trong trình duyệt cũng giữ bản nháp và tùy chọn. Chúng phục vụ chức năng trò chuyện, không phải theo dõi quảng cáo.

Xóa cookie hoặc dữ liệu trình duyệt, đổi thiết bị hoặc trình duyệt có thể khiến dịch vụ không nhận ra danh tính ban đầu. Dịch vụ không tự đăng nhập bằng tài khoản WeChat, Zalo hay ứng dụng khác.

Lối vào IP cũ và sovelu.com dùng cookie riêng. Để chuyển danh tính hiện có sang tên miền mới, bạn cần chủ động xác nhận chuyển từ lối vào ban đầu. Tạo tên hiển thị trực tiếp trên tên miền mới sẽ tạo danh tính mới. Hãy giữ kín lối vào danh tính cá nhân và liên kết chuyển danh tính.

04Truyền dữ liệu và quyền truy cập

Lối vào chính thức dùng HTTPS để mã hóa dữ liệu khi truyền. Trò chuyện chưa có mã hóa đầu cuối. Tin nhắn được xử lý và lưu trên máy chủ; nhân sự vận hành có quyền truy cập phù hợp có thể đọc tin nhắn và dữ liệu khác.

“Ghi chú riêng” nghĩa là ghi chú không hiển thị cho người bạn đang trò chuyện, không có nghĩa người vận hành máy chủ không thể đọc về mặt kỹ thuật.

05Dịch văn bản tùy chọn

Dịch văn bản mặc định tắt. Bạn có thể chọn ngôn ngữ đích và bật trong cài đặt trò chuyện. Khi bật, văn bản mới nhận liên quan và ngôn ngữ đích được gửi tới dịch vụ bên thứ ba DeepSeek để dịch. Yêu cầu dịch không chứa tên hiển thị hoặc ghi chú liên hệ của bạn.

Bản gốc được giữ lại và bản dịch hiển thị trong cuộc trò chuyện. Bản dịch có thể sai; hãy kiểm tra bản gốc khi thỏa thuận việc quan trọng. Tắt dịch sẽ dừng các lần gửi tự động tiếp theo qua tính năng này, nhưng không tự thu hồi văn bản đã gửi cho nhà cung cấp.

06Lịch sử trò chuyện và bản sao lưu

Lịch sử trò chuyện được lưu trên máy chủ và có thể có trong bản sao lưu. Hiện chưa cam kết thời hạn tự động xóa chung và chưa có chức năng tự xóa tài khoản hoặc dữ liệu trò chuyện. Yêu cầu xóa cần xem xét cả dữ liệu liên quan trên máy chủ và trong bản sao lưu.

Đóng trang web hoặc xóa dữ liệu trình duyệt không xóa tin nhắn trên máy chủ. Tin nhắn có thể vẫn được lưu.

07Yêu cầu truy cập, sửa hoặc xóa dữ liệu

Nếu muốn truy cập, sửa hoặc xóa dữ liệu của mình, hãy liên hệ người vận hành đã cung cấp lối vào dịch vụ cho bạn và mô tả yêu cầu cùng dữ liệu cần xử lý. Cần xác nhận danh tính tương ứng trước khi thay đổi để tránh sửa dữ liệu của người khác.

Không gửi mật khẩu, khóa bí mật hoặc toàn bộ thông tin xác thực danh tính cho người khác để chứng minh danh tính. Trang này hiện chưa có biểu mẫu yêu cầu dữ liệu trực tuyến.

08Phạm vi thử nghiệm và cập nhật

Hiện các tính năng chủ yếu là nhắn tin văn bản một đối một, sắp xếp liên hệ và dịch văn bản tùy chọn. Ảnh, tin nhắn thoại, chia sẻ vị trí, tệp và thông báo nền trong ứng dụng khác chưa được mở.
